At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (the first day of the window begins when tracking shows delivered). To be eligible, customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue, including the item and visible SKU tag.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 7-day window begins from the final delivery date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Solana Ave reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions.
